PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
My name is Adrian, I’m a mortgage broker and CEO of AK Partnership. I also have a property portfolio (see details below), enjoy travelling and love fitness.
I’ve spent the past 30 years helping busy professionals and business owners to secure the right mortgage funding for the house they want to buy or refinance, whether that be for an investment or a property to live in. I deal with all types of clients – from salaried PAYE professionals to business owners whose income is created with help from their accountant.
I have worked in all sectors of the mortgage market which is probably one of the most regulated industries in the UK, full of complicated rules that often don’t make sense. I know what challenges people face obtaining the right mortgage and can help navigate you through the complexities of the banks regulation and red tape.
I provide a no nonsense straight talking approach to getting you the money you need quickly, at the right price, and without any hassle.

INTERESTS AND CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES
I feel lucky that I have been able to give back and have raised funds over the years for much needed causes.
- I ran the London Marathon in 2015 raising £2,537
- In 2016 I did a 3,500 feet skydive with five friends raising a total of £3,660
- A charity fund raising golf day in 2017 enabled me to give £1,100 to Maggie’s Centres, a cancer support charity for relatives of cancer sufferers
- More recently, I have donated the last week’s summer profits from my Torquay villa to Torbay Hospital in 2020.
